about us
Hi,
We are Nic & Josephine of ‘Nic Owen Architects’, a small design-focused architectural practice working in Aotearoa and Australia.
Nic is a New Zealand and Melbourne registered architect.
Josephine brings a creativity to the practice coming from her fine arts background (her ceramic artworks can be seen here)
The practice is committed to creating architecture that is a joy to inhabit through the treatment of space, form, materials and light.
With over 20 years’ experience we specialize in custom, bespoke residential architecture. Architecture which responds to each individual site and environment, creating unique and elegant forms that contribute to the wider community and make a difference to our visual landscape.
